Firstly I am a born English man now living in Bangkok Thailand. My personality is very light hearted with a great sense of humour. When my school education finished, I went on to complete my 2 city & guilds certificates. This was my stepping stone into world as a professional chef. Where I went on to work in London, France, Germany. And the onto cruise ships. My cooking experience is european and Japanese mainly. My home life I enjoy baking my own selections of breads. As well as making my own variety of desserts. Alcohol I enjoy a few beers as well as guiness And German and Belgium beers. Sports I enjoy Football (soccer) Liverpool football club I support. rugby league, athletics and tennis. My film and television favourites is comedy, my very favourite is Only fools and horses (uk). I have a passion for food: Thai, Spanish, Japanese, Italian, Turkish, Greek and of course a good Indian curry, plus other styles to many to mention ( making myself hungry now thinking about this lol). Music I listen to almost every day. My music choices are very wide, Elton John to Pink Floyd to Alan Parsons to ABBA, yes very varied. Coultures i enjoy travel as holidayed in a number of countries european, Eastern European, America merica, Southeast Asia.
