I've got a passion for all things computer-related, which led me to graduate with a national certificate in Computer Programming during my Senior High School days. For almost 3 years, I had the incredible opportunity to be an ESL Teacher in a Korean school located in Silang Cavite. It was an amazing experience, but when the pandemic struck and the ESL industry took a hit, I decided to switch things up. That's when I entered the dynamic world of the BPO industry, where I've been rocking it for nearly 2 years as a call center agent.
