I am a Spiritual Coach & Sound Therapist for those who desire to reclaim their power, release emotional blocks and manifest the life they desire through Sound, Frequencies, the voice and the power of words. I now offer groups and one-on-one coaching & mentoring programs focused on challenging our perceptions of our relationships to others and most importantly, to ourselves. Integrating sound therapy with Kabbalistic meditations and a tea mix (HiTea™) that I have created to cultivate heart opening, body presence and clarity of mind. I am Certified in Sound Healing, Reiki, Reality Coaching, Solution Focused Coaching, NLP and CBT. For the past ten years, I have spent my time learning from a Shaman and different ancient wisdom teachings. My upbringing in Israel was shaped by music and mysticism and my family’s lineage includes Kabbalah, medicinal wise woman tradition and music. At the age of 11, I discovered my love of music and received my first guitar as a gift from my parents. I am continuously immersed in teachings from spiritual guides and ancient wisdom of Kabbalah. In the workshops, I explore together with you the different ways to be present through the teachings and wisdom of plants, Kabbalah and Sound Healing. I am the creator of Divorce Sound Cleansing™ workshop. My emphasis is on getting clarity, focus and aligned energy during or after a separation from a toxic relationship or a divorce. About HiTea™
I am the creator of HiTea™, a custom tea mix for a higher state of consciousness. It is healing, soothing and relaxing. Every plant and herb has unique medicinal properties and each plant is carefully selected to cultivate heart-opening experience, body presence and the activation of different chakras. Each modality compliments the other: The sound, the tea and the coaching work together to help amplify the empowerment process that we go through in remembering and reclaiming our power.
