I have been working in IT for over 15 years and have become a VP of IT. I understand how frustrating dealing with people regarding technology can be and sometimes I work with other MSP company employees and staff to either destress situations or give advice on things to look at. I believe the IT community need to work together and not against each other. Sometimes upper management and C Suite individuals undermine you and you feel helpless sometimes/under valued as a human being. That is where I feel I can help others strive and where I can leave my mark in the community.
