I offer my services as I would to any friends of mine, and as your new friend, I would love to give you care, support , listening ear, positive affirmations. Life seems very overwhelming but a good support system can be the difference between getting by , surviving, and living life to the fullest. As an empathic and open minded person, I would love to offer a safe place to be heard with no judgements whatsoever, as your feelings are valid and you are seen, cared for, supported and listened too. In our sessions, confidentiality is upheld and you will -be heard on whatever you want to talk about -Be that friend you need in your time if need -Receive positive solutions or opinions from me ( if you would like) -Non judgemental open space to communicate as you wish.
