Hi, I’m Catherine Seda. I’m a high school ESL teacher with over a decade of experience getting on well with students of all ages. I have a special focus on teenagers, so I’ve spent a lot of time working with them. In my classroom, I am in charge and can control the class while still being approachable to students and colleagues alike. I have assisted many students preparing for IELTS and TOEFL as they proceed to study abroad—both individually and in groups or classes—and have had great success. Outside of work, I love traveling, which was not possible in the past three years, but this summer will be my first chance to jumpstart my travel life again! In addition to traveling, cooking is one of my passions; especially when there are people to share the final product with. I am not very enthusiastic about reading; however, if something interesting comes across my path in terms of educational material or current affairs, or even fiction (though I prefer watching it), I will read it!
