Well, hello there my name is Javier, but my friends call me Harvey. You are welcome to pick either name. I am 48 years and counting and have a family of 5 with 3 dogs, crazy right. I live in Texas where everything is bigger, and the heat is unforgiving. I work at the local hospital, sorry not a doc but do deal with materials and in the evenings, I manage a cigar lounge. I have been a supervisor for over 15 years so dealing with many personalities is something I am familiar with. I also coached basketball for over 15 years with about 5 years of football coaching under my belt as well. My passions are family, sports especially college, and trying to become someone who has fun while on this earth. I am a great listener, willing to advise on situations but be warned I am very blunt and give it to you straightforward.
