I am a 60 year old, retired guy, with absolutely NO mental health related degree or credentialing whatsoever. My current psychologist jokes, that, with nearly 45 years in therapy, I've seen and been thru enough to get an honorary Psych degree from someplace... (Actually, I joke that that I have a PhD in Life Studies from The School of Hard Knocks.) I am in Recovery. From Addiction. From Trauma. From Life. I am happy. Truly Happy. For the first time in my whole life. I think I know how I got here. I am a wonderful listener, and we can take the conversation wherever it needs to go. Everyone's path is their own. I am honored to be asked to walk with you on your's. I am setting the intention to, lessen your load, help to point the way, or just be a good strong support.
