Hey there I’m Claudia! I’m a 37 year old Christian woman , stay at home mother of 2 who are both in school and which leaves me lonely and depressed. Lately I’ve been passionate of my wellness journey. 6 years ago I faced some challenging times after giving birth to my daughter. My health took a scary turn , depression, anxiety, thyroid issues and those daunting panic attacks daily robed my life. I turned to God and he helped me through those moments. I love helping people because I know what it’s like to be lonely and just needing someone to talk , vent , laugh, cry , tell stories etc. I love God, outdoors, movies , cooking, camping , and always up for an adventure, at least I try to push myself on those hard days.
