I like to talk real about mental health struggles and moments that change us. I'm not afraid to express my vulnerable thoughts and ideas. My beliefs are spiritual and esoteric (I do pray in the name of the Lord along with the angels and elementals). I have had many paranormal things occur in my life. I like herbalism, holistic wellness and I am certified to be a consultant in holistic health. I am a Reiki master. Currently I am processing some trauma and the difficulties it unleashed on my life while I tried to just stuff it down and be "strong".
