Per minuteAlberto “Beto Divino” Rivas, an ubiquitous presence in Oklahoma, has always been driven by his passion for people. As a First American Citizen of the Chickasaw Nation and proud Chicano, Beto has been involved in both local and statewide efforts for more than fifteen years. Divino is described as possessing an infectious perspective of purpose, one that embraces the idea that equity, equality, and mental health acceptance are all attainable through people coming together with one common goal, a quality of life for all. This perspective has had Divino serve in a variety of roles, such as: public speaker, consultant, panelist, board member, writer, and activist. For his efforts, Beto has been recognized with numerous accolades from local and state officials, professional groups, and media outlets, most recently becoming a recipient of the Oklahoma Governor’s Art Award for his volunteerism and leadership within the arts. Divino is currently pursing his dreams of committing a fulltime career to helping nonprofits and small businesses reach their full potential, alongside sharing his purpose as a keynote speaker with some of the world’s largest organizations, like Microsoft. Beto’s public speaking topics range from “Living a Meaningful Life” to “Navigating the Nonprofit World in 2023”.
