I'm a female Ugandan aged 38 years. I hold a bachelor's degree from Makerere University of Uganda in community Psychology and Mental health. I have a wide variety of experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, personality disorders,suicidal ideation etc. I see the client as a true expert in their own life and I see myself as a guide and a mentor a long the way. I use client centered humanistic approach focusing on all aspects of existentialism, mindfulness, family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy while keeping careful consideration of cultural concerns and practices. I like using humor , be authentic and guine in the therapy process.
