Hi friend! I am a therapeutic movement and confidence coach with a heart so the arts. I love to sing and dance and craft characters for voice acting opportunities. I have been told I hold really lovely and safe spaces for people to be themselves and I have great listening skills. I'm curious so I like to ask questions to get to know people better. I am happily married to a wonderful man and we have two dogs; one is an 8 year old black lab and the other is a 6 year old beagle who has a wheelchair for his back legs. We travel frequently and love adventuring to new places. I'm excited to be here and to get the opportunity to meet you as therapy and mental health have a very special place in my heart.
