Hi, let me introduce myself, I am Peter, 45 and based in the UK, originally from London, now living in the countryside of Cambridge. I work as a chemical engineer currently and have been through a total career change and went back to university recently graduating again in 2017 at the age of 40. This was 100% my biggest challenge retraining at an older age and the impact to my life, a lot of self-reflection and challenging times, but I did it and I achieve my work security and work-life balance. I am a true believer in setting goals and aspirations and building a plan to achieve your dreams. I act as a coach for several of my previous direct reports in business and support my friends and family in achieving their dreams and goals. I have a keen interest in investing globally in equities and blockchain projects, Web3, artificial intelligence to name just a few. Which in just a few years has really set me free financially. I am a giver by nature, a Leo star sign making me bold and fearless, and enjoy helping and supporting other in what ever their pursuits and aspirations are. I am a firm believer in the only thing stopping you achieving your dreams is the limitations you put on yourself, I am always positive yet realistic and always see things with a silver lining. I think outside the box for solutions....always thinking outside the status quo...giving me a unique perspective, I feel its this that drives my solutions to issues, where work related, financially or in relationships. My hobbies include, horse riding which I have just taken up in 2023, and fly fishing since 2011. I love cooking for others and pushing outside my comfort zone. I have a wide and varied social circle giving me a wide experience to life experiences and relationships. I have been through my ups and downs in personal relationships and have learnt a lot over the years, and am happy to share or discuss personal situations, frustrations and goals. Im a very open, down to earth guy, yet very practical and realistic...with me I try to get to the point, willing to offer potential solutions or just a listening ear and understanding. Ive lived all over the UK, I am not averse to change in fact I embrace it and accept its a constant in life and a very honest and open man.
