Hi I’m June a “ grey nomad “ using house and pet sitting platforms to travel with my husband . We sold our home in 2017 and began our journey together with four suitcases and a positive attitude . We love our new lifestyle and have now completed over seventy house and pet sits , in UK , France and Portugal and Canada .I enjoy talking with new people and offering support to others as they face the challenges involved in becoming location independent . We emigrated to Halifax Nova Scotia from U.K. in 1998 and opened a Bed & Breakfast in our home and hosted travellers from all over the world , I also trained as a life coach so I could work with newcomers starting a new life in Canada . I like to relax by baking bread and gardening , and watching TV , I love science fiction movies and good drama shows . I enjoy keeping up with current events and posting on my blog and journalling . Ive been a long distance parent and grandparent for many years and know how hard it is to stay connected with family . Looking forward to be able to share some of my life skills and adventures with you .
