My journey has led me to explore anti-racist practices in play studies, a topic close to my heart after growing up in an apartheid context. Additionally, I'm well-versed in self-development practices, and I recently completed a Counselling Skills course, which has deepened my love for helping people devise creative strategies to improve their lives. I love exploring the great outdoors through walking, hiking, running, and yoga. Yet, I also cherish moments of stillness and quiet, understanding the importance of 'rest as resistance.'
