I'm an only child growing up in a rural town in NE Ohio. I am a local actor and singer who also directs stage shows. I have loved the arts on and off the stage as far back as my early childhood. I have been singing since the age of 5, where I started in my grandparents church and family gatherings. I recently started my own company LOTZ PRODUCTIONS, LLC which is an entertainment business where I host an online LIVE broadcast structured to help hurting people, mostly in the LGBTQ+ community. My co-host is a licensed therapist and I host the show in my alter ego drag persona Mona Lotz. I have performed as Mona for 15 years now as a live singer and comedian but most recently have structured her for outreach and public speaking. I am also a joint founder of our counties gay pride festival which has been very successful. Recently I adopted an Aussiedoodle (Australian Shepherd and Poodle Mix) named Truvy. I picked this name because its Dolly Parton's character in Steal Magnolias. Dolly is an icon to me and how to live and treat others, always has been! I even impersonate her at times on stage. I made a saying and sell merchandise with me as Dolly on it that says "In a world full of Karen's, be a Dolly!" If you haven't watched her documentary "HERE I AM" on Netflix, you need to!
