I work as a Virtual Assistant for a US based company. I am in Asia so I work during the night. My current job doesn't only require verbal skills, but listening skills as well. I spend fime on the phone not just to make sales calls but to even to listen to people's stories. I fall in the steady relator and compliance DISC profiles so I am both people and task oriented. Though I put more value in people's experiences more.
