Hey, my name is Kevin. I'm from Los Angeles, recently retired after 21 years in the Air Force, been all over the world and landed in D.C. I have two VERY handsome sons (9 & 13) who invigorate my passion for life. I'm a licensed realtor in DC/MD/VA, real estate investor, Uber driver, financial advisor, hustler, you name it. If it makes money, I'm with it but then again who's not...life's expensive! I love working out, bowling, watching movies, fixing stuff, sightseeing, traveling, debating, and figuring out what life is all about and how to make the very best of it.
