I have a worked as chef for over 35 years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Trained in the European apprenticeship model, I have extensive experience in both restaurant and catering operations. Currently, I am a manufacturers rep for many top brands in the commercial cooking equipment world. Being able to help people with all things food related is very important to me. My passion for food and the culinary arts, along with hands on experience, help me make the connection between the equipment manufacturer and the customer. I love being able to share my knowledge from my time in the kitchen to help people choose the right equipment. Learning about what people are cooking helps me stay connected.
