15 years ago l made a life changing decision and moved to Southern Italy. After a lifetime in the hospitality industry firstly buying and selling the finest wines in the World and then owning a restaurant and later an outside catering business l am passionate about food and wine. I live in la Basilicata a hidden part of the real Italy where we live by the seasons eating locally produced and foraged foods.
