My name is Richard, and a single dad of 3. I am outgoing, excited to talk about anything under the sun, down to earth and friendly as well as enjoy a good walk in the park to reflect on life and what it entails for mankind. I have a passion for cooking English, Ghanaian, Italian, Indian as well as Chinese cuisines. I also indulge in a good old dance routine to keep fit.
