Hey! My name is Andrew. I’m a college graduate with an engineering degree, and currently an officer in the military. I love to travel and spend time in the outdoors, and I speak Spanish. The last decade of my life has been a busy, crazy, and wild ride and I’ve learn a plethora of things about myself and how to cope with the stress. I’ve been in the rut many times myself, as have many of coworkers and my closest friends. I love talking about health, relationships, goal setting, and being present in the day to day joy of life.
