I'm Elred. 71 years young. I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I am passionate about life, the univese and everything! My joy is solo tour cycling, meeting people, enjoying learning different cultures and a few words in each language. I am a reasonabley good amateur cook. I love food and I take coooking courses in each country that I visit. I read a lot and listen to a variety of music. I love being in nature - especially when i am cycling. Cape Town is a fabulous city and I am blessed to live here. I swim in the sea every morning, and run the local parkruns for exercise. I am keen to meet any new friends, that is why I am here.
