Hi friends, I'm Kay, I just turned 46 & I am a dancer, singer/songwriter by profession & a real estate investor student. I collected a beauty room for stage makeup so, I like practicing cosmetics as a hobby & I design products to launch, such as fragrances & laundry soaps. I live in United States, in Florida for the past thirty years, however I am originally from Tahlequah Oklahoma, a descendent of Cherokee native american indian reservation. I'm looking to provide peer support to younger or any age creatives and chat about any topic from building self esteem, confidence, forming healthy relationships, staying sober, or making more money. I have a regular job as a security flex officer, so I travel around various sites filling in. I like that job because it gives quiet time alone to study. In my free time I choreograph wedding first dances for engaged couples. I live close to family in a condo where I swim and train in the community gym. I made this new profile to connect with anyone who needs a quality companion to hear them out. I don't have any kids or pets currently, but I used to have rescue cats. I volunteer to help the stay community cats outside once a week. I'm always working on self care, wellness, yoga, diet recipes, or just general happiness, inner peace & contentment. I am a survivor of domestic abuse, so healing work has been my main focus. I have overcome depression, so offering to hold grief or sadness, loss for others as they recover, is one of my passions. This season is all about enjoying life's simplicity. I have hyperthyroidism, so I am watching my sports nutrition carefully. I recently lost 40 pounds, as I gained weight while taking care of my aging parent. I have tons of experience eating healthy, and helping you achieve your personal goals too. Need an accountability partner? I like working on regular weekly check in's. I'm looking to make lasting friendships, to laugh and make memories with. I will be taking a masters level certifications in personal training, corrective exercise specialist, sports nutrition, as well as my realtor, LCAM certifications.
