As someone who has struggled a lot with mental health in my life, I believe in the power of connection. I am very much an introvert, but I enjoy getting to know others and being a source of support. Some of my interests include music, psychology, poetry, mysticism, faith, animals (especially cats) and nature. I am deep yet very lighthearted too. Neurodivergent!
