I'm a respiratory therapy undergraduate. Working as a call center agent for almost 10 years, handling incoming calls, chats and emails. And since i am a friendly person, i think this will be a change of career for me. This position seems like a great opportunity to advance those skills I just talked about, and continue building my career and challenging myself chatting with people about their thoughts, feelings and alot more.
