I am an empath who enjoys helping people. My hobbies include collaging, cooking, reading, and writing. I cook professionally and have an extensive knowledge of food and food history. I like to read mostly nonfiction but I enjoy novels as well. I am currently learning more about Latin American writers. I write about food, but I also enjoy a well-crafted essay. I love music; discussing, listening, and playing (I cannot make music but am familiar with music theory). Analyzing literature (and rlly any kind of art medium) and critically thinking about life are probably my favorite topics of conversation. I have knack for seeing the big picture of a situation and for understanding multiple perspectives. I believe in kindness and grace as the best approach to anything.
