Hi, My name is Kevin. Presently I am Professional Home Inspector. Inspecting Homes when selling or buying involves great communication skills, experience in defect recognition that is most important to people when purchasing a property. Such as water damage, health and safety. I have been in the field of construction for over 20yrs and a Home Inspector for 12yrs. It is so beneficial to be able to communicate to different people from different backgrounds and cultures on a daily basis. Outside of work i like to have fun with friends and family. Enjoy the outdoors and sports. Gardening is a passion of mine to handle mental stress. I have accomplished a lot over the years but it's most rewarding to mentor new people in life or work and build new friendships.
