Im based in Southern Africa and own a commercial bakery business, that produces a range of luxury biscuits and cakes, as well as contract manufacturing for high end local brands. I have interests in geo-economics / politcs, current affairs, entruprenureship, road trips, photography, travel, sunsets, wide open spaces, I only read non fiction and poetry, and perfer to watch documentsries when I watch TV.
