I was formally a contract real estate and marketing analyst for an international hotel developer from 1996 to 2008. I also completed many other marketing and real estate projects of various types for over 20 years. Many of these projects were related to and performed in Las Vegas Nevada however some international research projects were requested and completed in various countries around the world including Spain, Italy, Greece, Germany, China, The Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Columbia, Venezuela, Brazil, Chili, Ecuador, Guatemala and Mexico. In 2008 I retired from this work and in 2010 became an English teacher. I have been teaching English online since 2012. I used to own a construction company I started in 1972 and I sold it in 1990.
