Hi! I’m Nate. I’m from the Midwest but live on the beaches of North Carolina. I’m very close with my family and I’m obsessed with my nieces… Funcle for life! My hobbies are the gym, the beach, bicycling, live music, hiking, and anything outdoors. I recently traveled to Italy for my 40th to check out where my ancestors are from. Even got to see my Papa’s exact village. I’m currently in property management, running apartment communities… aka glorified babysitter ha. So I’m familiar with the rental and housing market.
