Hello my name is Ryand, a self-proclaimed dedicated listener with a passion for helping others. I always been interested in the stories and experiences of those around them, and has made it their job to listen and provide support whenever needed. As a Supervisor in my job , I always honed my skills in active listening, empathy, and compassionate communication. They understand the importance of creating a safe and non-judgmental space where people can open up and share their thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism. Because that will help build trust and good people I will takes my job very seriously and approaches each conversation with a sense of purpose and dedication. Many says I was patient and attentive, never interrupting or offering unsolicited advice. Instead, they listen with an open heart and a willingness to help in any way they can. Outside of work, I trying to become kind and compassionate person. Be always there for their friends and family, lending an ear and offering words of comfort and support. Become someone whom understand that sometimes, all a person needs is someone to listen, and they are more than happy to provide that service.
