I am 45 Year old Divorced father of one 5 yr old little girl with full joint 50/50 custody and a small business owner. My daughter is my work and comes before anything else in life. I keep myself healthy and fit so that I can always provide for my child and have the ability to play and have fun with her. I have been a strength and conditioning coach and life coach for 23 years and specialize in weight loss, strength gains and improved health of the physically impaired through strength. I am a Marine Veteran and have always had the desire to help those in need, which is why I choose the business I am in. My life has not been perfect in anyway, I have had a rough up bringing filled with physical and mental abuse and have learned to over come it and grow stronger and to keep toxic people out of my life. Some of my favorite things to do besides work and be with my daughter and other close family, is to play pool, card games, go for walks and long drives, to build things. I am a neat freak, with a little bit of OCD, the Marine in me likes everything to be just a certain way. I am a non-judgmental person in anyway, no matter race, sex or age. I am very strong and believe that strength should be used to lift up others and help out when ever you can. Anything else you want to know feel free to ask.
