Hello there! My name is Harry Sherwood. I am a Wholistic Life Coach. Over the last 14 years I have lived a very unique life. I spent four months with Shaolin monks in China, one year with yogic monks in the US, spent time in Ghana, Indonesia, and a few other places. I practiced thousands of hours of meditation and received a Religious Studies degree from the University of Michigan. I enjoy a lot of different types of music, dancing like no one‘s watching, being out in nature, taking hikes, being at the beach, café hopping, animals, deep conversations, contemplating life, a good board game, reading books, and watching movies!
