I started my first business when I was 15 years old catering "Isaac Phried Chicken" to members of my community. The company grew from a successful fundraising event for my school rugby team. I was a flanker, an aggressive position for one of the shortest members of the team. After graduating high school in upstate NY I moved to Philadelphia in 2011. I was able to successfully start my father's restaurant starting only with a barbeque grill. By 2014 I accumulated over $80,000 worth of equipment and zoned his commercial building for business. To our dismay, in January 2015 we were forced to close when our neighborhood was gentrified. After seeking legal counsel to no avail my father and I decided to represent ourselves. After a three-year battle in the courts, we won and received our property back. During this time I became a popular DJ on my #AnimalRadio Social platforms. I have been blessed to travel the country as the host of #AnimalRadio and a performing artist. I do accredit music and the love shown by the fans and followers of #AnimalRadio brought much-needed peace, especially for my blood pressure. It was an uphill battle to win eminent domain, but every effort was worth it. From 2018 to 2020 we worked strenuously the purchase equipment and renovate. The week we put up a new sign on the storefront the world closed down due to coronavirus. During that 18 months is when I started my embroidery business and merchandising for our channel.
