Hi! Hard to sum myself up here but I'll give it a go! I've lived a life that is rich and varied in experiences - from guiding whitewater trips, to backbacking throughout the world, to working as a door-to-door salesman, to performing live theatre in front of an audience of thousands - I've seen some things. I like to keep active by lifting kettle bells, playing soccer (poorly), and hiking up mountains whenever I can. I like to keep myself grounded by doing Qi Gong as the sunrises and doing breath work daily. I think a lot about how we are so connected via the internet these days, yet so many of us feel socially isolated in ways never experienced in previous times. I love to hear from people who just need someone to talk to. I pride myself on being a good listener and am genuinely curious to hear about other peoples lives, warts and all!
