Hey there! I'm Val, a mid-30s woman working toward my real estate license. I'm a mom and wife of 11 years, and a very extroverted person. I've long been considered the strong friend; the one that people come to with their difficulties and pains. I'm always happy to listen to talk your ear away if you just need a distraction. For many years I considered getting my degree in trauma therapy, having grown up in a hard world, but ended up not getting the chance to. I still might. You're never to old, right? Let's see... I went to school in my early twenties for culinary arts, and ended up doing pastry work instead. I find it very therapeutic. I have a jack of all trades personality and have self taught myself how to do things like carpentry, woodworking, and minor electrical. I got super good at sewing clothing for a few years but lack the time to dedicate myself to it currently. Growing up, I was always an athlete and competitor and have a strong drive to win and excel in almost anything I do. As a person, I tend to be blunt, honest, humorous, and turns out, I'm pretty patient. I really enjoy people, just talking to everyone and anyone about literally anything. I love to learn and experience life, all of it. And while I can come off sounding judgy sometimes, true to my heart, I am very empathetic and understanding. I mean, the way I grew up and with the strife I've faced, how could I judge anyone for their life? I look forward to getting the chance to just be there for you.
