I have lived in different parts of the world. One thing that traveling and immersing yourself in other cultures, is the realization of how connected we are. We are all looking for the same thing, we all hurt the same and find joy in similar things. What connects us is so much more than what divides us. One thing that we all seek is to be seen, heard, validated and a sense of belonging. When we feel alone, there is something in us that aches for that companionship, that human connection or touch. These lessons have helped me become a better friend, whether we have known each other for decades or just met for the first time. I am here to be the friend you need whenever you need one.
