Hi. My name is Juan Pablo. I’m someone who has learned from making many of mistakes in my life. At one time I felt unloved, unappreciated, and abandoned. I was also selfish, lacked empathy, and was cruel to others. - My way of thinking led me to receive a 25 to life sentence in California. In order to get out of prison I had to explain to a panel of commissioners my understanding of what led me to become the heartless person I was, what event(s) made me change my life around, and how I was going to continue to be a positive and productive citizen to my community. - The latter experience allowed me to be the person I am today. Today I am responsible, remorseful, caring, honest, loving, selfless, and I enjoy being of service to others and my community. - I write all this to invite you into my world. You might also know someone who is incarcerated and I may be able to shed some light on what they might be going through. Either way, if you have any questions or would just like to chat let me know.
