I greatly enjoy having the opportunity to make a real difference to some one’s life by helping them to focus on their accomplishments and reflect on past successes rather than setbacks. I believe mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood as it also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. I believe that I have a lot to offer.
