Hi, I'm Lucy, a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology. I have always been passionate about understanding human behavior, and my education has given me the tools to help others overcome their emotional challenges. When I'm not working, I love taking long walks and listening to music. There's something about being outside and immersed in nature that brings me a sense of calm and inner peace. I believe that taking care of my own mental health is just as important as helping others take care of theirs.
