I have been in the BPO industry working in a US Telecommunications line of business since December 12, 2009. I started from the lowest level and worked my way up to where I am currently at. I have been in different roles in the span of more than 12 years in the industry: • Customer service representative, Senior Agent, Supervisor, ABAY Manager, Training Assistant, Product Trainer, Product Training Supervisor, Product Training Manager & now, a Leadership and Development Manager I was assigned in different areas of the same Telecommunications account and has worked in: • General Care, Technical Care Prepaid, Technical Care post-paid, Retention (Cancellations), Account Activations, Sales and Telemarketing services, and Team of Experts (All services in one team) I have been sent to different places to train and pioneer projects: • Trained Customer service and Tech Classes locally in Manila, Laoag, Davao, and Pampanga • Trained Tech services in Mumbai, India for 2 months (2014)
