Currently certified as a mental health coach through Rhodes Wellness College. I have a degree in psychology and I have been working as a medical administrator, with over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry. I am Canadian of Greek decent. My interests/hobbies include: learning to play the piano, community service, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, travel, cooking, movies, listening to music, meditation, theater, art, journaling, reading nd exercising. I have been described as someone who is empathetic, compassionate, conscientious, with a deep understanding and importance of self-care, personal development and emotional well-being. I have a passion for mental health, ADHD and holisitc wellness. What makes me a good friend. Well I asked my family, friends, school peers, fellow colleagues to create a list.
