I am a mother of three beautiful children. They are grown. I work at a weight loss clinic and I LOVE my job! I LOVE working out and being active. I often find myself isolating so I try to force myself to interact with people. I would consider myself a strong independent person who likes to help people. I am motivated by goodness. And when I read a heartfelt story about animals or people it makes my day. With that being said, we all need eachother. The world is hard and we ALL get beaten down at times. I have a special heart for obese people. Many people judge them as "lazy" and "undisciplined". THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH! Life is so much harder for them and carrying that extra weight around 24/7 would destroy the average size person. Let alone, the judgment and bullying by society. Through my work, I have found the overweight clients actually are missing the GLP1 that tells your brain you are full. They NEVER get relief from the food noise! Could you imagine never feeling satisfied? They fight this 24/7. My company uses medication that is a game changer. Anyway, If I can help you or be of encouragement, I am doing what I meant to do.
