Hello, my name is Courtney Hughes. I have struggled with anxiety, and depression for a very long time. It's very difficult for someone like me to have go to work everyday. Leaving my own comfort zone is a difficult task I do. I have always been a good listener when it comes to people wanting someone to just hear them. I always found counseling very healing to the core. It may take time but, over time it could help you heal. I do believe we live in a world where money controls everything. So I am speaking out to help anyone on here that wants help changing, or wants help learning how to grow with in themselves, or is just trying to have someone listen to them I am that girl. No I don't have a degree, but one day I may get one . As for now you will have me listening to anything you speak about. I am here to help. I am here to make you feel better. Just be you and I promise that if you can love yourself the view of the would around you will change too.
