In my professional life I work with many different forms of movement therapies including yoga! I am a very thoughtful communicator and listen with compassion. I have benefited greatly from having a non-biases listening ear and would love to provide that space for others. Everything you talk about on our calls is completely confidential and I will not be offering solutions or advice. The purpose is to allow you to share in a space that is nonjudgmental, empathetic and nurturing when you need it the most.
