My name is Jonathan Walton. I am from Alabama, married with a little boy. Played football all my life. After high school I went in to play in college, then continued my career in NFL and CFL. After my career of playing, I picked up coaching and training athletes. Throughout my journey especially through transition. I found mental health to be very important, not just for myself but for others. I think it’s important for everyone to be able to talk to someone. Everyone should have at least one good friend.
