Rezwanur Rahman is the Cloud Solution Architect and Cloud Administrator. He is the Senior Technical Lead of the Microsoft 365 Global Support Team under Upwork. Before it, he worked at Microsoft Bangladesh as Technical Evangelist (Intern), Technology Specialist at Tech One Global, and Senior Engineer at ADN Telecom Limited. Along with this, he has his own limited company registered in Bangladesh named “Backend Emerging Business Limited (BackendEBL)”, located at Banani, Dhaka. Rezwanur is the Founder and Managing Director of BackendEBL, which is now officially doing its technical operations in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and Barisal, Bangladesh. He is a Software Engineer graduate from American International University – Bangladesh. During his university life, he worked as Microsoft Student Partner (AIUB) Lead from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, he got selected as YouthSpark Advocate from Microsoft Philanthropy Team. In that year, he got awarded a fully-funded trip to Seattle, WA to join WEDAY Seattle 2015 and some of Microsoft's official meetings. In the following year, he received Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) from Microsoft. In 2018, he received the Windows Insider MVP award for the first time in Bangladesh. After getting the Windows Insider MVP award 3 times in a row, in 2021, he received Microsoft Most Valuable (MVP) award in Office Development Category. Besides working with Microsoft, he worked for United Nations (UN) and The Commonwealth. In November 2017, he got selected as Youth Leader from Bangladesh in Commonwealth Youth Forum (CYF), which was held in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. In March 2018, he got selected as National Youth Delegate of Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2018, which was held in London, UK. He represented Bangladesh with the Honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina in front of 53 Prime Ministers of other Commonwealth Countries. Queen Elizabeth II, who is the Head of the Commonwealth, represented the CHOGM2018. After completing the CHOGM 2018, he joined as a Regional Member of the Commonwealth Youth Council (Asian Regional Body) and established Regional Youth Body, National Youth Parliament in Pakistan, and helped Governments to engage youths in different initiatives. He is an international technical speaker. He spoke in Microsoft Ignite – The Tour 2020 in Japan, Singapore, Germany, Switzerland, and Sweden. He also spoke in Global AI Bootcamps, Azure Bootcamps, Microsoft Developer Conferences, ICTTECH Conference, M365DevConf, monthly Microsoft Developer Community Call, and other technical events. He has completed modern and advanced cloud technical certifications from different vendors.
