I'm Dave, 35 years old, originally from Ireland. I've been a Chef for over 20 years, lived all over Ireland, Germany, Poland, Czech, Norway and off the west coast of Africa. I moved to the US in '08, lived in DC for 6 years, Maine for 6 years and Arizona for the past year and now moving to Texas in a few weeks. I absolutely love travelling, exploring, road trips, hiking, and cooking, I'm also a big sci-fi and paranormal/cryptozoology geek, love watching movies, comedies, documentaries and anything involving Josh Gates. I'm also a huge animal lover, dogs especially, and have had a lot of ferrets and squirrels over the years.
